Shipping Terms

We ship worldwide using FEDEX or DHL.

  1. NT Sensors agrees to ship product ordered within 2 -10 days  from purchasing order acceptation. 95% of products in stock. • Immediate acknowledgment upon request, with information
  2. Extended shipment dates, as clearly indicated at time of purchase, shall supersede the forgoing policy.
  3. NT Sensors does not provide options to forgo shipment through designated pick up locations.
  4. The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost of shipping, and may at their choice, choose a variety of shipping methods.
  5. NT Sensors are not financially responsible for accidental choice of shipping method, chosen at point of purchase, and is not responsible to provide financial renumeration of such costs.
  6. Prepaid Returns Shipping Label may be provided at NT Sensors’s sole discretion.

You have 15 days to notify NT Sensors of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase or NT Sensors cannot be held responsible for these issues. Unless you provide NT Sensors with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order.  Customer is responsible for inspecting the package(s) upon delivery and must note any visible damage on the proof of delivery (POD) or other delivery receipt you may be requested to sign. NT Sensors will not be responsible for any visible shipping damages not noted on the delivery receipt.

RETURN/REPROCESS REFUND STIPULATIONS:

At the company’s sole discretion, and under no obligation, the company may provide return shipping by method of its choice, in response to a refund request, when a unit has been shipped to the customer prior to that request.

When a unit has been received by the company through return shipping, three business days will be allowed for the check-in process of the returned unit, prior to a refund being processed. The check-in process may include, but is not limited to, unit testing, reprocessing, repackaging, and restocking.
