Formed in 2008, NT Sensors is a technology-based company founded by private initiative together with the Universitat Rovira i Virgili support.

The objective of the company is to give specific analytic solutions. NT Sensors brings closer chemical analysis to non-expert users and introduces it into new fields of application. It could be achieved through the product obtained based on recently studies on nanotechnology: the CNT ISE.

NT Sensors owns all the operational and marketing rights hold on the international patent WO 2008/145787 ”Potentiometric Sensors based on Carbon Nanotubes”.

The company launches into the market a revolutionary product in a worldwide level. Nanotechnology gives us the opportunity to have a laboratory in our hands. As an example, NT Sensors introduces as innovation the ability to measure up to 6 different ions simultaneously in the sample of interest. This is a simple and efficiently solution, to minimize time and reagents in the sample analysis.
